I finally finished it. I took a "kit" of fabric probably a year ago from the guild meeting to make a quilt for a Veteran. I didn't get "around to doing it" right away. Then it was announced that they had enough Veteran's quilts for now so we didn't need to make anymore for awhile. That just gave me an excuse to put it off longer! Last month it was announced at the meeting that they need Veterans quilts again so I decided it was time to quit procrastinating and just get it done! I worked on it all weekend and did just that. It will be nice to turn it into the guild, where it will eventually will go to a deserving Veteran who fought for our freedom.
